What the fluff?
Yes, we are fully insured as well as registered in the City of Boston.
Safety is one of our top priorities. During our initial evaluation, we will gather pertinent information regarding reactive or aggressive behavior and assess whether or not service can be provided. When possible, we are happy to work with you and your dog on reinforcing corrective and positive behaviors. However, we do reserve the right to discontinue service if general safety becomes a concern.
Yes, we can administer prescribed medication as indicated on the bottle. We may require veterinarian contact information for prescription confirmation and/or further details.
Yes, due to safety concerns, smaller dogs and larger dogs are separated in our indoor doggy day care areas.
We work as a team. Similar to different people in your family walking your pup at home, your dog will get to know several of our pack members. This is ideal for your dog in case someone from our team is ever out sick, away on vacation, etc. Your dog will become familiar with our small family, all of who are professionals and love dogs!
We believe in providing quality personal attention for your dog. Therefore, our walkers only walk dogs in the same household for the entire scheduled duration.
No, your dog will never be off-leash. By city ordinance, all dogs are required to be on-leash when in public areas unless the area is specifically zoned as dog-friendly, such as dog parks or dog beaches. For safety reasons, our walkers always adhere to company policy of keeping dogs on-leash for the entire duration of the walk.
